The Academy programs are for players of all levels, however more committed/focused athletes are best suited within higher age groups. The sessions are structured with an emphasis on both skills and gameplay, which are coached in a way to engage the player in improving their future individual and team performance. Players will be able to learn and develop fundamental skills and game theory in a fun yet competitive atmosphere.

Personal Training Academy

  • Personal Skill Enhancement Training with Kyle Kooger. Powered by the I'm Possible training system. This system and its trainers have trained over 100 NBA Players, but most importantly thousands of players of all ages! All that changes is the level of detail and how much improvement the individual desires to make.

    We utilize specific training methods and tools to provide unparalleled detail and accountability to skill development.

    Every skill and movement has been mapped out within this system. Over time, by "checking these boxes" each player will be exposed to as many of these skills as possible.

  • Personal Training clients receive FREE access to the REALSKILL app, which contains the proprietary I'm Possible training checklist system ($500/year value).

    The app will be used to document your training journey by checking off the skills that you accomplished. On your own time, you can review these previous skills, and you have the freedom to try any of the remaining drills on the app as well.

    The training app is loaded with more than 700 skills and methods within the Checklist Library!

  • Training Levels

    3 Personal Training workouts per month with Kyle ($250 value). Includes FREE RealSkill app access.

    More about Personal Training
    Personal training means "personal attention", and focusing on each individuals weaknesses. Private 1on1 training is actually less effective. Which is the reason why our personal training sessions may include up to 1-3 additional players:
    -Increases the overall energy of the session
    -Allows players to learn from coaching given to the other players
    -Weaker players can learn from watching stronger players
    -Individual attention and repetitions are still optimized

Refund Policy

If you cancel a program/camp:

More than 5 days prior to the start date a refund will be issued less a $15 admin fee.

Less than 5 days prior to the start date a refund of 75% of the program fees will be issued.

After the second session of the program, no refund will be provided.

**In the event of an illness or injury, a refund will be granted minus the $15 admin fee. You will also be charged for the portion of sessions attended. Documentation (an official doctor’s note) must be provided.
