Rise Fitness and Sports Training (Rise FAST) is committed to the health and physical development of athletes and the general population through fitness and sports training. Kyle’s passion for fitness and sports training started at a very young age as a multi-sport athlete, which culminated in a High School Provincial All Star for both Basketball and Volleyball, and a Provincial Qualification for the Track and Field 4x100 Sprint Relay. He pursued playing Basketball for the TWU Spartans of the CIS, where he began to develop his understanding of Human Kinetics as he attempted to overcome chronic lower body injuries. After graduating with a Kinesiology degree, he has worked in a wide range of settings including athletic training, basketball coaching, personal/group fitness, and return to sport/work rehabilitation. Kyle continues to enjoy pursuing athletics and fitness, and he brings the same enthusiasm and care when helping clients along their own athletics and fitness journey.
